Development of Business Cases for Climate, Energy and Environment Programmes

Description

To support the development of programmes to address the West Yorkshire Climate and Environment Plan actions, and ultimately our ambitious climate emergency targets, we are seeking a supplier to develop robust business cases for programmes progressing through the Combined Authority’s Assurance Framework, primarily focusing on economic and financial dimensions. We will be utilising the Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3) Lot 9. Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3) - CCS (crowncommercial.gov.uk) The budget for the upcoming contract, including expenses and any respondent incentive payments is £175,000 (including VAT). This may increase if other sources of funding become available.
