The existing provider has fully satisfied the original contract and is expected to deliver the proposed contract to a sufficient standard (100%). Lot 1: Notice of Intent to Award Contract Direct Award Process C<br/><br/>The Trust intends to award a contract to an existing provider to deliver additional clinical capacity across a range of specialties on an activity-based basis. There are no set minimum or maximum activity limits. This arrangement will help ensure the Trust meets service demands, performance targets, and provides care to the residents it serves.<br/><br/>Outsourced Services Include:<br/><br/>The outsourced services will include, but are not limited to:<br/>MRI<br/>CT Colonography<br/>Upper Gastrointestinal (USGI) services<br/>Ultrasound<br/>First outpatient breast consultations<br/>Pain management (full pathway and procedure-only services)<br/>Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery<br/>Cystoscopy<br/>Cardiology services, including:<br/>Electrocardiograms (ECG)<br/>Echocardiograms<br/>Outpatient appointments (OPAs)<br/>Orthopaedic upper limb activity<br/><br/>Contract Value: £6,428,863 (lifetime value)<br/><br/>Contract Duration: 01/04/2026 – 31/03/2028, with an option to extend for 1 additional year
