The NMBI wishes to retain a suitably experienced research team to develop and research the effectiveness of film and digital media in the promotion the professions of nursing and midwifery as a career of choice; to produce a quality short film showcasing each division of the primary NMBI register (general, mental health, intellectual disability, childrens and midwifery) and to evaluate the impact of this as an interventions for promoting these career choices with secondary school students.
