The successful supplier will be required to provide catering services at the following schools in the Cornwall Cluster: The Roseland Multi Academy Trust: — Gerrans School, — Tregony Community Primary School. Aspire Academy Trust: — Tintagel Primary School, — Port Isaac Community Primary School, — Delabole Community Primary School, — Probus Primary School, — Gorran School, — Padstow School, — Biscovey Academy, — St Mawes Primary School. Celtic Cross Education: — Marhamchurch CofE VC Primary School. North Co-Operative Schools: — Sir James Smith's School, — Boscastle Community Primary School, — Camelford Community Primary School, — Egloskerry Primary School, — Otterham Community Primary School, — St Breward Community Primary School, — St Teath Community Primary School, — Whitstone Community Primary School. The contract will be awarded in lots, therefore not necessarily awarded to one supplier. The Roseland Multi Academy Trust: — Gerrans School, — Tregony Community Primary School. The scope will be for the provision of all catering within the schools, which currently includes breakfast club, morning break, lunch, limited hospitality and free issue requirements. The combined annual turnover of all schools in the Cornwall Cluster is approximately 800 000 GBP. A selected number of schools (which will include the secondary school, Sir James Smith's School, and the schools currently providing an in-house catering service) will be visited over 7-9.3.2018. Suppliers invited to tender will need to have one representative per organisation to visit each school concurrently: 15 minutes mid-morning break and lunch services at each of the secondary schools. The contract will commence on 1 September for a period of 3 years, with a possible extension of 2 years by mutual consent and on the same terms and conditions as the original contract. Please note there are a number of staff in LGPS; actuary reports will be supplied and the successful Supplier/s will need to sign an ABS agreement and pay for all associated costs.
