Provision of Regional Contractor Frameworks – Minor Building Works

OPW is intending to go to the market in 2024 to conduct a single stage open procedure for the purposes of establishing frameworks which will comprise of: A suitability assessment based on pass/fail selection criteria including financial and technical capacity, and Tender evaluation of suitable contractors based on prescribed award criteria, including quality and price. As part of the planning and preparation for the procurement process, OPW wishes to engage with companies that may be interested in participating in this proposed procurement event. This preliminary market consultation will afford OPW an opportunity to explore market views, capacity, capability, and appetite relating to the initial outline procurement strategy.
