Invitation to tender for Contractor for Roof Upgrade Works at Bray Institute of Further Education, Co Wicklow

Description

The project includes the roofing upgrade works of existing flat roof above complex of buildings at Bray Institute of Further Education, Novara Avenue, Bray, County Wicklow. The successful applicant will be appointed Works Contractor and Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) on the project in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations. The project will be completed on a phased basis. As the campus will be a live educational environment, a full and detailed phased construction plan, which places emphasis on the Health and Safety of contractors and occupants will be required as part of the tender return.
