Description

BathNES Council will soon let an exciting remodelling contract for Queen Square, in Bath. Queen Square is one of the most historically significant squares in the Palladian city of Bath, Conceived in 1727 by architect John Wood, the Elder, it features a central obelisk and serves as a premier venue for community events. The remodelling is considered a landscaping scheme that includes ornamental planting, new native hedgerow, maintenance to existing railings, resurfacing of Boules court, resurfacing pathways, new paving, replace lighting and new water points. For the full list of works please see drawings attached. The Council is releasing this Expression of Interest to allow suppliers an opportunity to register interest in bidding for the works, but also for suppliers to ask any questions they may have using the forms attached to this Request for Information.
