DUD - Repair and Replacement of Below Ground Wholesome Water Services - AWARD

Description

Dudley MBC's Housing Maintenance Team (HMT) has a requirement for the repair and replacement of wholesome water services above and below ground, to include large-scale water pipelines e.g. multi-occupancy buildings, flats, schools and offices to council owned properties throughout the Dudley Borough. The Council is looking for a single contractor to provide these services for a continuous cycle of services over a 3 year's period with an option of a no-fault break clause after 12 months. The contract is to provide all the following services: o Location of underground burst. o Provide entry of service into property where required, including all builders work to make good. o Repair water service pipes, any size, any depth, where required. o Alternatively, replace existing service by means of moling. o Repair or replace stop taps, guard chambers or surface boxes including making good surround.
