Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the appointment of an Integrated Consultancy Team to deliver two Feasibility Studies and an Outline Business Case (OBC) for the Waste and Operations Depot Rationalisation Project. The principal aim of this commission is to provide the Council with the technical evidence and strategic justification required to assess the future configuration of its depot estate. This will involve a staged process of information gathering, feasibility assessment and business case development in line with HM Treasury Green Book guidance. Bids from consortia or integrated consultancy teams are welcome, provided all disciplines listed in the specification are demonstrably included and clearly identified within the proposed team structure.
