Statsbygg requests, in connection with project: no.: 1004910 Name: New Government Quarter Tenders for the following consultancy assignment: H118 BREEAM auditor The procurement is for services connected to the role of BREEAM-NOR assessor (hereafter called BREEAM auditor) for classification of BREEAM-NOR for the New Government Quarter in Oslo, at level excellent or higher. The aim of the assignment is to carry out the BREEAM-NOR assessor (BREEAM auditor) assignments for the New Government Quarter project. Assignments that follow this role are minimum: — be the project's contact person for NGBC and BRE, — register buildings that are to be classified at NGBC, — prepare assessor reports, which will form the basis for issuing BREEAM certificate(s). The assignment will be remunerated by the hour.
