Provision of Orthodontic Services for Modified IOTN Grade 5 Patients

Description

The HSE – HSE Procurement hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to submit tenders for the Provision of Orthodontic Services for Modified IOTN Grade 5 Patients. HSE orthodontic treatment is provided to HSE eligible patients referred from HSE Primary Care Dental Services. Eligibility for HSE orthodontic treatment is established using the Modified Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need (Mod IOTN). Responsibility for deciding on eligibility in each case ultimately rests with the HSE Consultant Orthodontist or in the absence of a Consultant Orthodontist the Specialist Orthodontist acting as Head of Department
