Multi-Operator 3-Year Framework Agreement for the Provision of Change, Process and Project Management and Coaching Services

Description

CORU wishes to establish a multi operator framework agreement for the provision of change, process and project management and coaching services to CORU. The services required from this engagement include: 1. Change Management services 2. Process consultancy services 3. PMO and project management services 4. Coaching and mentoring services Suppliers may propose resource services for some or all of these services. Please clearly identify the services you propose to provide to CORU. It is envisaged that services will be provided on a draw-down basis as specific programmes of change arise throughout the term of the framework agreement. Specific deliverables will be discussed with the successful supplier(s) on project commencement.
