UWTSD2122/177. Customer Relationship Management Platform (CRM)

Description

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David wishes to Tender for a CRM solution to support the enquiry to application process. This implementation is supported by the Information Technology Systems and Infrastructure (ITSI)I, Marketing & Registry departments within the university. The requirement is to introduce a solution that will improve the current communication channels with prospective and current students to improve Student recruitment over the coming years. The system must be able to support the university in its communication with prospective students and current students, record contacts with those students and support all the universities recruitment drives across all campuses including international campaigns. The solution must also have the ability support the commercial activity of the university which includes business to business communication and the ability maintain separate contact records for commercial users within the solution. The solution must be able to support bilingual communication with the end user. It is expected the university will contract for a minimum of 3 years initially from mid-2022. We expect to the system to Go Live in Quarter 4 (October / November / December) in 2022.
