Description

To maintain continuity, ensure system stability, and avoid unnecessary disruption to colleagues and candidates, the Fund requires continued access to an Applicant Tracking Management (ATM) system that provides the following core functionality as stated below. These features are essential for ensuring a compliant, inclusive, and efficient recruitment process across the organisation. • A fully bilingual (English and Welsh) careers site and end to end candidate journey • A comprehensive reporting suite, including cost per hire data and EDI reporting • Straightforward access to and management of talent pools • Functionality that supports delivery of our EDI Action Plan objectives • A recruitment agency portal to streamline and manage external supplier engagement Direct award from G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14). Total Contract term: 36 months + 12 months. Total Contract Value: 73,584.00 GBP (excluding VAT). Initial 36-month Term Value: 55,188.00 GBP (excluding VAT). Optional 12-month Extension Value: 18,396.00 GBP (excluding VAT).
