IT Services Partner - Family Housing Association Wales

Family Housing has a current Managed Service provider, who's contract expires in Jan 22. Family are therefore seeking to procure a new IT services partner to provision hosting of their infrastructure, IT support and support in enhancing their current ways of working through innovation. Lot 1: As a minimum, this contract with be the provision of an IT Services Partner to cover the following areas: - Microsoft 365 and Application Server(s) - DR and Backup - Cyber Security - End user Support and Device management - Wireless and Networking - Telephony This tender has been published on Sell2Wales in accordance with Family Housing Contract Standing Orders (CSO’s). The value of the contract for three years will be under the OJEU procurement rules for Supplies & Services totalling GBP 150k Every contract entered into by Family Housing must comply with: - Relevant European procurement rules (i.e. the EC Treaty, the general principles of EC law and the EC public procurement directives implemented by UK Regulations). - The law of England and Wales as applicable to Wales - Family Housing’s CSOs and Financial Regulations. - Family Housing’s strategic objectives, procurement strategy and policies. -Any procurement requirements of the Welsh Government
