LA2787C - UCD - RFT for the Supply of an Automated Library Preparation System for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)

Description

Tenderers are sought for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Validation of a fully Automated Library Preparation System for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). The Instrument must be capable of supporting key NGS workflows currently offered by the Genomics Core and must be compatible with Illumina Sequencing Platforms The system must be easy to use and require minimal maintenance and hands on operation time. Additionally, a low cost per sample is desirable. The instrument is to be supplied with the relevant software license, warranty, start-up consumables and on-site training for staff. Ongoing technical support must be provided.
