BCP Council requires a Framework of suppliers for the supply to BCP Council with domestic & commercial gas & heating materials to its responsive In-House Team. The Council is responsible for approximately 5,100 directly owned and 480 leasehold domestic properties within the BCP area. These are primarily maintained by BCP’s In-House Maintenance Team. BCP’s intention is to award up to 5 supplier’s positions on the Framework. The successful suppliers will be expected to source and supply domestic & commercial gas & heating materials required to fulfil the deliverable requirements. The anticipated start date of the contract is May 2024. The contract will be for three years with the option to extend annually for a further one year (3+1). Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for four years. Keywords: Gas, Trade, Product, Supply
