Provision of Facility Services for EUSPA Headquarters in Prague, Czechia

Description

The subject of this procurement is to provide facility management services to the EUSPA headquarters located in Prague, Czechia, in the period from Q4 2023 until Q4 2027. Lot 1: The scope of the procurement consists of the following services: 1. maintenance of the headquarters building and its infrastructure (only the part under the EUSPA responsibility; HVAC and critical building infrastructure excluded) in a fully operational status (activities of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance), including fire and safety services necessary for fulfilment of fire and safety rules (both EU and Czech) and internal Agency policies; 2. internal and external cleaning services; this task shall also cover provision of all cleaning and sanitary supplies, products and consumables; 3. internal removal services, mainly office equipment and furniture; 4. health and safety and fire safety services, support and trainings; 5. special waste disposal and destruction, mainly obsolete electronics; 6. supply/rent and maintenance of decorative plants inside offices, general and public areas and exterior areas, External horticultural services; 7. various facility and supply services on demand.
