Description

Cottage Farm is Supported living for adults with a learning disability and/or autism who have been identified as having exceptional housing needs, this procurement is to provide the care staff for this site. The Cottage Farm specialist supported housing scheme will provide a home outside hospital for individuals with a learning disability/ autistic individuals who require exceptional housing and who are currently protracted stay inpatients. Lot 1: Cottage Farm is Supported living for adults with a learning disability and/or autism who have been identified as having exceptional housing needs, this procurement is to provide the care staff for this site. The Cottage Farm specialist supported housing scheme will provide a home outside hospital for individuals with a learning disability/ autistic individuals who require exceptional housing and who are currently protracted stay inpatients. This notice is an intention to award a contract based on a framework agreement under the competitive process; and The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £5,064,888 This is a new service with an existing provider. The contract is estimated to commence 1st July 2027 and end 30th June 2030 with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
