636_25 Vehicle Charging Infrastructure 3 (VCI 3)

Description

THIS IS A REVISED/UPDATED VERSION OF THE AWARD FOR LOTS 1-3 (CAPTURED AS CONTRACTS 5-7 IN THIS NOTICE), AND REPLACES ANY PREVIOUS VERSION PUBLISHED FOR THESE LOTS: ESPO is issuing this revised Contract award notice because ESPO issued on 5 December 2025 a Contract award notice which incorrectly recorded that Amplify EV Limited had been successful under this Framework 636_25 award for Lots 1, 2 and 3, whereas Amplify EV Limited are not successful only in respect of Lot 1. ESPO's error was of its own making, and was, not in any way caused by Amplify EV Limited. ESPO has made a decision of intention to award to Amplify EV Limited in respect of Lots 2 and 3 which are all the other lots which were tendered for by Amplify EV Limited. In addition to the above: * Amp EV Ltd were also incorrectly missed in error from the award for Lots 1-3, and are now included. * Plug (EV Stations) Limited have been added to the award for Lots 1-3. NOTE: LOT 4 REMAINS UNCHANGED AS PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED AND IS THEREFORE NOT BEING RE-PUBLISHED. The procurement has been undertaken as per UK4 Tender notice identifier: 2025/S 000-062421; Procurement identifier (OCID): ocds-h6vhtk-04eefd. A national multi-lot framework agreement for vehicle charging infrastructure solutions utilised by ultra-low and zero emission vehicles, including supply and installation of electric vehicle charging points (slow/standard/fast/rapid/ultra-fast) and related services. The Framework is divided into 4 lots.
