Description
Procurement Assist Limited is seeking service providers to take part in tendering for a place on a 60 month Dynamic Purchasing System for Heating Maintenance, Installation and Servicing. Procurement Assist is publishing this Notice of Amendment made pursuant to the original Notice 2020/S 082-194721 to extend the DPS to 31 May 2029. The remaining information in relation to this DPS is unchanged. Lot 1: Gas Servicing Including, but not limited to: •Servicing, maintenance, remedial repairs and re-installation of any gas appliance, including flues and components that comprise of the installation of the appliance. •Gas types include natural gas and LPG. •Testing of battery and mains operated CO and smoke detectors when on site. •Single, one off installations of condemned appliances. •Void property check can cap off. •Provision of gas safety records to relevant legislation. •Training service to educate Clients and their customers on how to remain safe around gas appliances. Additional information: To respond to this opportunity please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/U7ZQ2HQZBK Lot 2: Gas Auditing Including, but not limited to: •Complete audit of any gas appliance to current relevant legislation, including any associated parts or components of the installation of the appliance. •Routine cyclical auditing and reactive auditing services. •Audit in occupied and void properties, both domestic and commercial. •Audit of new installations as part of a capital programme of works. •Adapt and follow the Client gas safety procedures and advise recommendations where required to maintain current compliance with legislation. Lot 3: Electrical Installation Including, but not limited to: •Installation, maintenance and servicing of an electrically operated heating appliance, or fixed electrical appliance, such as (but not limited to) cookers, fires and fixed wire smoke detectors. •Servicing, installation and maintenance of ground source heat pumps. •Servicing, installation and maintenance of air source heat pumps. Lot 4: Gas Installation Including, but not limited to: •Removal of existing domestic or commercial gas fired system and installation of new system. •Service includes commissioning the new system to ensure any warranties remain valid at the point of installation. •Provision of information to ensure any asset register is updated for the Client. Lot 5: Oil Installation Including, but not limited to: •Removal of existing domestic or commercial oil fired system and installation of new system. •Service includes commissioning the new system to ensure any warranties remain valid at the point of installation. •Provision of information to ensure any asset register is updated for the Client. •Correct removal of any old materials including any old tank system. Lot 6: Combined Installation Including, but not limited to: •A complete heating installation solution, with a combination of categories from 2 to 6, or a mix of. •Complete EPC testing. •Full asset surveys both domestic and commercial.
