Hire of coffee machines (incl. service and maintenance) and purchase of related consumables

Description

The objective of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's needs for the hire of coffee machines, including service and maintenance, water coolers and delivery of related consumables. Currently the contracting authority needs approximately 17 new coffee machines, distributed between the offices in Bergen, Oslo, Trondheim and Tromsø. The number of coffee machines and the scope may change during the agreement period. Suppliers may involve sub-suppliers to manage different parts of the delivery or for the Contracting Authority's different locations. The estimated value of the contract is NOK 500,000-800,000 excluding VAT per year for all locations. For the entire contract period (five years), this amounts to NOK 2,500,000-4,000,000 excluding VAT.
