Internal Audit services with experience in the UK charity and central government sectors. Lot 1: National Museums Scotland is seeking a suitably qualified supplier of Internal Audit services with experience in the UK charity and central government sectors. The appointed organisation will be required to agree, with the NMS Audit & Risk Committee, a three-year plan of review activity which assesses the management of the principal risks and the adequacy of the system of internal control. The internal auditor will undertake a number of reviews covering financial and non-financial systems and procedures across a wide range of NMS departments. Such assessments will be reported to the Committee which usually meets four times a year, and this will require attendance by the internal auditor.
