Le présent marché de services vise la conclusion d’un Accord-cadre multi-attributaire en vue de bénéficier de services d’assistance informatique par la mise à disposition de ressources externes. La durée initiale de cet Accord-cadre sera de trois (3) années, reconductibles cinq (5) fois annuellement dans la limite d’une durée totale de huit (8) années. L’Entité Adjudicatrice remettra annuellement en concurrence les attributaires dans le cadre des marchés subséquents.
