Description

Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) were developing a strategy to develop Health & Wellbeing Hub Support. The proposed site is located at Llandrillo College, Llandudno Road, Rhos-on-Sea, Colwyn Bay. Post Code: LL28 4HZ.The Authority required a Transport Consultant to undertake a Traffic Impact Assessment to identify the effects of the proposed new development on the traffic network and mitigate any adverse effects on the traffic flow and congestion.Please see the attached request for quotation documents for further details.
