Description

The contracting authority Helse Fonna HF has approved the expansion of the hospital in Haugesund as well as the consequent alterations in the existing building. The construction project is called ByggHaugesund2020. The preliminary project was approved by the boards of Helse Fonna HF and Helse Vest RHF in spring 2017. The loan was granted in the 2018 State Budget. The construction works at ByggHaugesund2020 are planned to take place in two stages, the first being the construction of an 18,000 m2 new construction with consequent alterations of 6,000 m2 of vacated premises. The second stage is planned for 2025 and consists of a new building of about 15,000 m2. Medical equipment for the new building is comprehensive and will be procured in multiple large and small procurement packages in tender contests that will be held in the period 2019-2021. The contracting authority requests tenders for the following: 012.20.002 Ventilators, children/newborn babies. See the description of the procurement and Annex 2 - Requirements Specification for more detailed information. Lot 1: The contracting authority requests tenders for the following: 012.20.002 Ventilators, children/newborn babies, mobile: These units will be used together with warm humidity, and must be mobile units with at least 2 lockable wheels in order to ensure flexibility. It must also be possible to use the ventilators for CPAP treatment. The ventilator tubes must be long enough so that they do not prevent mobilisation, and it must be possible to turn the equipment towards the bed/chair. There can be up to 4-5 persons around the patient bed and the equipment in the intensive care department. The ventilator must have a large and easily readable monitor, and a moveable arm for hanging the patient circuit, so that it can be moved and regulated according to where it is appropriate to have the equipment. The work flow around the ventilator can be chaotic in the newborn baby intensive care department, with many people present; everything for 2-6 persons. The child lies in an open incubator/asphyxia table, with the head end out from the wall for as long as the child has unstable respiration. The ventilator will be used to ventilate sick newborn and premature babies; from 0-15 kg. The ventilators must be compatible with the electronic curve Meona, so that we get direct data acquisition from the ventilator to the curve. A training package must be offered together with the equipment; with training superusers and other employees. We would also like an e-Learning programme for training and later updates. The training must be included in the tender. See Annex 2, Requirements Specification, for more detailed information. Equipment will be ordered in accordance with point 1.12 Tentative Progress Plan. The total estimated value for the procurement of ventilators is NOK 1,500,000 including options. The total estimated value of the procurement, including options any any equipment-dependent framework agreement is NOK 1,800,000. The maximum stated value for any equipment-dependent framework agreement is NOK 500,000.
