The London Borough of Hackney is looking to expand its Staff Benefits, by maintaining existing benefits and introducing new offerings that reflect organisational objectives around Staff Wellbeing (including financial wellbeing), Council’s sustainability commitments and support staff to achieve a work-life balance. We recognise that this market is always changing and we need to remain sector leading in order to continue to attract employees to work and remain at Hackney. We are planning a market testing exercise to gain more knowledge of the industry and what is available to help us refine a specification and explore the best route to market options for our organisation. This Request for Information (RFI) will provide the opportunity to explore other schemes available and consider ways for ensuring the offer that is innovative and inclusive, balanced against limited internal resources. If you would like to participate in this RFI, we should be grateful if you could complete the questionnaire and return it via the Portal by the submission date. Please note that this questionnaire is for information purposes only and should the council publish a tender, participation in this RFI exercise will not give any supplier an advantage whatsoever.
