Description

This is a contract award notice for the direct award of the existing end of life care services contract to the current provider, Earl Mountbatten Hospice. The CCG’s investment in this provision is GBP 3 059 212 per annum (19/20 value) and will include the discharge coordinator role which has been previously been funded separately while proof of concept was established. It is proposed that the length of the contract will be 5 years with the option to extend up to 5 years, commencing 1 April 2020.
