Electrician Services, Framework Agreement

Description

The contest is for a framework agreement for electrician services and materials. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority has procured electrician services for approx. NOK 1 000 000-2 000 000 excluding VAT a year in the last 3 years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this procurement. Framework agreement The contract will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying provisions on seriousness. The contracting authority will sign a contract with up to 2 tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
