The contracting authority needs a framework agreement covering "transport, reception and re-sorting of residual waste/roughly sorted waste". This is residual waste (bulky waste) that is too large to be disposed of in the bins/containers at the homes of Trondheim residents. This waste is delivered to TRV's recycling centre. The contracting authority's customers at recycling centres deliver waste in containers. The tenderer is responsible for sorting waste that they receive. The contracting authority has set NOK 1 for the contract value as the assessment of the total price is confidential in this contract.
