Repair and maintenance services of generators

Description

The lot comprises a complete major overhaul of the hydrogen/water cooled turbine generator including its auxiliary systems refurbishment of the lining in the absorber and flue gas ducts. The scope of works also includes the installation of a flux probe including the required feedthrough steelwork, exchange of expansion joints and dismantling and mounting of internal and external absorber components. The major overhaul and the related activities shall ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of the generator and all its auxiliary systems for the time until next major overhaul. The basic scope of supply consists of: Major overhaul of the generator including withdrawing of the rotor. Inspections, testing and fact finding on all generator components and structures. Repair works both planned as well as due to fact finding. Installation of a fluxprobe and the required cable gland. This requires removal of 4-7 stator slot wedges. The fluxprobe and the cable gland will be supplied by Ørsted, and Ørsted will perform required welding. Re-commissioning. Documentation of all works. After completed QA, test operation and commissioning, the Works must be ready for Take-over by Ørsted Bioenergy and Thermal Power A/S.
