Description

After a decision in Storting (the Norwegian Parliament), Ålesund Municipality is set to be divided into two new municipalities, Ålesund and Haram from 01.01.2024. There is a need to continue the existing contractual relationship with Volue AS for the Gemini software after the municipality has been split up. Lot 1: Ålesund Municipality currently uses Gemini software for technical services in, amongst other things, water and sewage. It is considered to be appropriate to continue the contracts (SSA-L) for the two new municipalities, Haram and Ålesund. The tender allows for a changed organisation (one to two municipalities). Ålesund Municipality takes reservations that the Storting's decision regarding the division of the municipality of 14.06.2022 remains valid. Commencement of the contract will take place under the prerequisite that the division of the municipality is carried out as planned.
