Carrickmacross 2020-2040:- Consultancy Services for the Development of 2 Local Area Action Plans for Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan

Description

The CA requires a team of consultants to deliver two Local Area Action Plans for Carrickmacross in accordance with the attached design brief. The LAAPs shall be framed in the context of national and regional plans, strategies and guidelines and with the 2019 – 2025 Monaghan County Development Plan, the 2019 Carrickmacross Public Realm and Economic Plan, the Local Economic and Community Plan, County Retail Development Strategy and other relevant local policies, and shall serve as a coherent framework for the future development of these town centre lands. The Plans shall analyse existing and planned land uses in Carrickmacross and the town shall be benchmarked on similar sized towns, to determine the deficiencies in the town centre in terms of residential, retail, office, hospitality, commercial, leisure uses and other service areas; and identify opportunities for development and investment.
