Support,Maintenance & Development of Learning Management System-Moodle (Inc Hosting&Virtual Platform

Description

Chwarae Teg are looking to procure a hosting, support, maintenance and development contract for Learning Management System (Moodle) including virtual delivery platform (i.e. Big Blue Button). Bidders are requested to understand the specification document and ensure the specified requirements can be achieved. The basis of the contract will include: Key components of the tender • Hosting of the systems • Development of Moodle platform to support the range of projects and service offered – approx. 20 days development over the course of the contract to ensure the system maintains ease of use for learners and administrators. • Customisation of system in line with our brand including brand updates/refresh. • Integration of Big Blue Button or similar platform to support virtual classroom delivery • Regular upgrades of systems • Ongoing development of the site • Helpdesk and support facility • Training & consultancy (include in contract cost) • Reporting & tracking • Reporting and Account Management
