Galway City Council are seeking a reliable and experienced supplier to provide a comprehensive Online Sports and Recreational Facility Management System to support the management of allocations, bookings and payment processing for a wide range of recreational and sports facilities/ venues across multiple locations throughout the city. The system must offer: 1. Robust online platforms capable of managing recurring venue bookings, applications and allocations. 2. Integration with ACT365 access control systems and other comparable platforms to ensure secure and controlled access to venues. The system shall be designed with future proof flexibility, enabling seamless adaptation to changes, upgrades, or replacement of access control products without requiring major redevelopment. The software must be robust, modular, and standards compliant, ensuring long term compatibility with evolving access control technologies. 3.
