Media room supply, fit-out and set-up, with follow-on training and technical support

Description

A room has been developed In the HQ Building in Glasnevin for use as the “Media Room”. There is a requirement to fit out this Media Room to support both existing and new activities, installed according to the specification contained here. The Media Room is a green field site. The equipment required to carry out all functions should be provided by the selected supplier. There will be no free-issue equipment from Met Éireann and works provided by others in relation to the tender are listed. Tenderers are requested to bid for the installation, supply, and support of the new facility. The successful tenderer will provide as-built system schematics based on their accepted equipment offer and complete the system integration in line with best industry practice. This tender is for the services, equipment, cabling, installation, configuration, documentation, training and support works required.
