Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is one of the largest unitary authority in Wales with around 241 000 people living in the area. The Council occupies an area of 44 000 hectares with a varied demography and transport infrastructure between the north and south. The Council is responsible for the management and maintenance of a wide range of parks, sports fields, landscaped sites, play areas and open spaces. The Council wishes to appoint a single supplier to provide a fleet of Tractors on a 5 Year lease agreement. The agreement shall include all associated costs including but not limited to rental, delivery, planned and reactive maintenance and servicing, and operator training (as detailed within the tender documents).
