Construction work for water and sewage pipelines

Description

General contracting for the laying of water, sewer and storm water pipelines, etc. Bærum municipality has in the preliminary project decided that water and sewer pipelines shall be established from Ringeriksveien/Isi to Sollihøgda. The project is a co-operation between the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Bane NOR, Bærum municipality and Hole muncipality. The section between Bjørum sag and Avtjerna is the first of a total of 3 projects. The main section of the project is 3,350 m long and contains 10 water basins and 34 storm water basins. A temporary storm water pipe (pre-insulated with heater cable) with a length of approx. 400 m shall also be established. The main section is following the current foot and cycle path from Bjørum sag to Skoglundveien to the current E16 crossing. The remaining 930 m to Avtjerna goes along Skoglundveien and the current foot and cycle path. Private service lines must be established for properties along the section. The Rustanbekken pond is situated along the section and shall be crossed at 4 places. For the first crossing of the pond, Water and Sewer pipes must be established in a pre-fabricated cable duct below the water level. For the remaining 3 crossings, pipelines shall be established above the current service lines/culvert. Complete renovation works for the foot and cycle path and the local road shall also be executed. As well as the re-establishment of the waterside vegetation for the Rustanbekken pond from profile 595- 640 in Section 1. The works must be executed in accordance with information in the description of the scope. Relevant rigging site areas are given in the draft. The contractor must ensure that lease agreements with the involved landowner are in order in case of measures and use of areas outside the stated area/construction area.
