A framework agreement for workwear, footwear and protective equipment The objective of the procurement is to meet the contracting authority's need for workwear and footwear for employees in technical operations and plants, the property service, cleaning personnel, kitchen personnel and personnel in nurseries and wraparound care services. Lot 1: Please note that right to free workwear is pursuant in partly central, partly local agreements between employees and employers, and can therefore vary between the municipalities, also for the personnel in technical operations and plants, property service, cleaning services, kitchen personnel and personnel in nurseries and wraparound care services. Such an agreement based scheme can therefore be changed during the contract period, both by the scheme of free workwear being terminated and/or new groups added. Furthermore, all employees in technical operations and plants and the property service (except commercial/administrative personnel), as well as cleaning personnel, kitchen personnel and personnel in nurseries and wraparound services in Løten, Elverum and Stange municipalities have rights to free workwear. Stange nurseries have their own scheme and will not be part of the agreement. Hamar municipality has a system where the personnel working with cleaning and in the nurseries/the before and after school care, receive monthly payments for using private clothes in their jobs. Regarding employees in nurseries and wraparound care services, whether free workwear is awarded and what this consists of varies from municipality to municipality. See the separate specifications.
