Supply and maintenance of Reach Stacker

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) regarding an upcoming tender for the Supply and maintenance of a Reach Stacker. THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION. This notice aims to provide advance information to potential suppliers and encourage early engagement with the forthcoming opportunity. Irish Rail (IÉ) Freight department are looking to contract for a lease and maintenance of a reach stacker for our freight depot in Ballina, Co. Mayo. Contract to commence May 2025. The contract will include all scheduled and preventative maintenance including tyre replacement and disposal and recycling of old tyres. The successful tenderer will also be expected to supply a 24 hour call out service, The successful tenderer will also be responsible to source any required parts. IE anticipate issuing the RFT in October 2024 with the new contract due to commence in May 2025.
