Clubhouse, Ennis Road, Newmarket on Fergus, Co. Clare for Newmarket Celtic FC comprising phased demolition of an existing dressing room and clubhouse building and construction of a new clubhouse, gym and dressing room building comprising four changing rooms and facilities, two multi-purpose rooms, kitchenette, plant room, store rooms, referees room, toilets, new car park areas with associated site development works and connections to existing site services for Newmarket Celtic FC. The existing clubhouse is to be kept live and operational for the duration of the Phase 1 works. The existing pitches and services are to be kept live and operational for the duration of the works. The Contractor must confine his operations within the areas in the immediate vicinity of the works being executed at any time. Refer to the works requirements for the nature and extent of the Works.
