Banking Services for the European Parliament 2022-2026

Execute payments and collect of revenue on its behalf and to provide it with various banking services. Lot 1: The European Parliament, whose Accounting and Treasury Unit is based in Luxembourg, is launching this procurement procedure to sign contracts with up to three banking establishments having their registered office in one of the Member States of the European Union, to make payments to third parties, collect revenue and provide miscellaneous associated banking services. The majority of payments will be made within the European Union. A very small proportion of payments will be made to beneficiaries outside the European Union. The European Parliament will seek a high level of service from banking establishments, whilst also taking into consideration the financial aspects of the proposals. The main bank account has to be in euro.
