Prior information notice and invitation to market consultation concerning a Computer Aided Dispatch System for Emergency Management Services for 2 Danish Regions

Description

Region Zealand and the Capital Region of Denmark will merge January 1st, 2027, to form the Region of Eastern Denmark. The Regions (henceforth the Contracting authority) intend to conduct an EU tender for the procurement, implementation, maintenance and further development of a standard off-the-shelf computer aided dispatch system (CAD) for ambulances and other EMS resources as well as non-emergency patient transport. The tender is expected to be published in Q3 of 2026. Prior to launching the tender procedure, the contracting authority is conducting a market consultation to inform the preparation of the procurement, including the design of the requirements, the contractual set-up, the implementation approach, and the management of integration-related and security-related risks. For the purpose of said market consultation this prior information notice contains information on the proposed tender and participation in the market consultation.
