Description

Procurement of labour and plant resources to support the existing in-house highway delivery service. The in-house highway service delivers the councils revenue works consisting of reactive highway maintenance, drainage maintenance, out of hours call-out and winter service. The proposed framework is to allow additional resources to be brought in to assist in the delivery of there works at times of increased demand/workload. The proposal will provide additional resilience to the highway service Keywords: Drainage Maintenance, Highway Works Support, Plant, Plant Hire, Labour , Highway Maintenance
