Description

This is not a call for competition, it is to notify the market that Caerphilly County Borough Council has awarded a contract for Singing for the Brain to The Alzheimer's Society. This service has been commissioned as part of a range of service options within Services for Older People with dementia. The service ensures that people with dementia and their loved ones are supported in a way that allows them to live in the family environment for as long as possible with access to the community and to enjoy a better quality of life. It also contributes to allowing carers to continue to provide a caring role for their loved ones for as long as is possible. The contract period for this arrangement is 01 April 2025 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend for a further period of twenty-four (24) months.
