Supply and Delivery of One Nine-Seater Hybrid Bus for Sherkin Island

Description

Provision of passenger vehicle or minibus-type vehicle with a minimum of 9 forward-facing seating positions, including the driver, in a standard configuration, with suitability for wheelchair passenger adaptation, while maintaining the 9 forward-facing seating positions. The vehicle will be operated on Sherkin Island, providing an essential connectivity service for island residents, including shopping and supply runs, social inclusion trips, and general passenger transport to and from the ferry. Right-hand drive, EU/Irish type-approved for private or public passenger carriage as appropriate to intended use. Hybrid (petrol-electric, including plug-in hybrid). New vehicle, or a pre-registered/demonstrating vehicle first registered no more than 3 years before the tender closing date with no more than 10,000 km on the odometer.
