Engineering design services

Description

Bergen Municipality, the Agency for Development hereby invites tenderers to a tender contest for an engineering design group for the project H0640 New nursing home Slettemarken. The City Council Department for the Elderly, Health and Volunteering (BEHF) gave the Agency for Development (EFU) a mandate to demolish and construct a new nursing home at Slettemarken. Slettemarken nursing home (address: Adolph Bergsvei 33) and the building (Adolph Bergsvei 31) which currently includes sheltered accommodation flats, an activity centre and a child health clinic shall be demolished for accommodating the new nursing home which shall have a capacity for 90 residents. The size of the new nursing home is approx. 12 000 m2. A zoning assignment is in progress on the site commissioned by the EFU. The primary assignment for the engineering design group must initially be to prepare a draft project that shall constitute a part of the basis for planning proposals for the first treatment. The contracting authority keeps the opportunity open for the engineering design group for also preparing a complete pre-project. The expected approved zoning plan is estimated to last for minimum 2 years ahead. The engineering design group must prepare tender documentation for both the demolition contract of two existing buildings and the total or partnering contract for the new building.
