Description

The London Borough of Enfield (the "Authority") has appointed HLS MCCONNELL LIMITED through the Procurement for Housing planned works framework Lot 17, National region to deliver: the removal, supply and installation of certified fire-resisting timber doorsets and associated passive fire protection works across the Authority's housing stock. The works will include, but are not limited to, the replacement of residential flat entrance doors, escape route and communal doors, together with associated fire stopping, making good and compliance works. All installations must be undertaken using third-party certificated products and carried out by competent, accredited installers in accordance with relevant British Standards, fire test evidence and certification requirements.
