C1160_SCP12_2023_YHCW_Cappawhite FET Centre_Roof Remedial Works, including mechanical work and upgrade to the electrical installation

Description

Roof works comprising Stripping and Re-Slating the existing Pitched and Hipped Roof, Ridges and Hips; Extending and Ventilating the Eaves; Removing Attic Insulation; Cleaning out all Attic Areas, Installation of Crawl Boards and new Electrical Containment; Stripping, Repairing, Insulating and Covering the Flat Roof and Parapets and Removal of all existing water storage tank and pipework in Attic area and replacement with new Insulated Tank and Pipework. It will also include Upgrading the Electrical Installations including Stripping Out and Removal of existing Cabling and Replacement with new in the Attic Area, in the areas under the Flat Roof and other parts of the Building internally. It will include all Associated Works, including Redecoration of Disturbed Areas and full Cleaning and Reinstatement.
