Campus Works Partner

Description

Sheffield Hallam University intends to appoint a single Campus Works Partner (CWP) under a framework agreement to deliver minor works, refurbishment and maintenance projects across the University estate.<br /><br />The appointed contractor will work collaboratively with the University’s Estates & Facilities team and the Project Support Partner to plan and deliver projects through a programme of works.<br /><br />Projects delivered under this arrangement will include a range of estate improvement, refurbishment and maintenance works typically of low to medium complexity, with individual project values up to approximately £5 million.<br /><br />The framework will operate for an estimated four-year period and will support the delivery of the University’s minor works programme across its campus facilities.
